Our Family has fallen in love with Istria over many years – the landscape, the people, and the Mediterranean way of life have become a part of us. With this holiday home, we fulfilled a long-held dream. And now, we invite you to experiece this dream yourself.
The modern Villa Claudia is fantastically located between olive groves and vineyards, offering complete privacy.
Yet very central, a supermarket and several restaurants are within a few minutes’ walk.
The house was newly built between 2022 and 2023. The completion took place in June 2023. Here, contemporary design meets a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The holiday home Claudia, with its generous and modern construction, provides space for up to 8 people. On the ground floor, there is a very large open space with a perfectly equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa, fireplace, and two bedrooms. The remaining two bedrooms, along with a covered terrace, are on the first floor.
The house is located in a secluded area among olive groves and vineyards. Access by car is possible right up to the house, and there is ample parking. The supermarket is about a 10-minute walk away, as are local restaurants and wine cellars. Kastelir is a growing place with very good infrastructure, but not as crowded as Porec and Novigrad. Both places can be reached by car in between 10 and 15 minutes, or for the sporty guests, by bicycles. There are great cycling routes, off the road through the vineyards…
On-site, we have a local housekeeper for our guests, who is happy to help with advice and action if needed.
She will also hand you the key upon arrival and explain all the technology in the house, air conditioning, switchboards, etc.
