On the ground floor, there is a very large open space with a perfectly equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa, fireplace, and two bedrooms. The remaining two bedrooms, along with a covered terrace, are on the first floor.<\/span><\/p>\n The house is located in a secluded area among olive groves and vineyards. Access by car is possible right up to the house, and there is ample parking. The supermarket is about a 10-minute walk away, as are local restaurants and wine cellars. Kastelir is a growing place with very good infrastructure, but not as crowded as Porec and Novigrad. Both places can be reached by car in between 10 and 15 minutes, or for the sporty guests, by bicycles.
